Terms of Service

Effective date: August 23, 2026

These terms govern use of Mail MCP, a service for connecting user-authorized mail accounts to compatible MCP clients. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally permitted to use the service and each mailbox you connect. You are responsible for protecting your Mail MCP credentials and for activity performed through your account.

Authorized use

You may use Mail MCP only with mail accounts and messages you are authorized to access. You must not use it for spam, phishing, harassment, malware, unauthorized access, unlawful surveillance, infringement, or any activity that violates applicable law or a mail provider's terms.

Mail operations

Mail MCP accesses messages live from connected providers and sends mail only through configured accounts. You are responsible for reviewing recipients and content before authorizing a send operation. Delivery, availability, filtering, retention, and provider behavior are controlled partly by third-party mail services and are not guaranteed by Mail MCP.

Google services

Gmail connections use Google OAuth and remain subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. You may revoke access through your Google Account at any time.

Service availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, message delivery, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or terminated to protect users, providers, or the service; to address abuse or security risk; or to comply with law. Users may stop using the service and request deletion of their account and stored connection data.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, lost messages, failed delivery, provider outages, or unauthorized use caused by compromised user credentials.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
